Ref: Emanet Kaos an explanation for my absence


ok ill be quick. Ive been banned again, after one day back for exactly the same reason.
Not only that but i have also been accused ov being a thief " AGAIN "... What for...My DA
avatar, they claim i stole it. can you believe the audacity ov these fuckers. anyways I'm
done here. Here is the note Ive just sent the admin concerning this my most recent ban.
If you'd like to share this with anyone, please do, with my blessings, Those who know me,
know I'm neither a lier or a theif,...i have a question ill never probably get a straight
answer too...which is... what kinda place would not only ban somebody for silly
reasons...over and over, then decide they wish to destroy my character as well.
that doesn't sound like legitimacy, that sounds personal.. don't it? but then again i think
deliberate character assassination is an illegal, and a five million dollar top art site
surely wouldn't behave like that would it ?. Humm, It seems the answer to that is Yes.

please close my account here permanently, I'm fucking sick ov the place...its not enough
you ban me but you also get a senior member to call me a thief on my homepage.

thief, could be very damaging to my persoal reputation. I can accept the ban, even though
once again i was pesterd by somebody ive never spoke to or even met. I asked him to leave
me alone politely and the staff here done nothing to protect me from such nusiences. AGAIN

Please DO NOT mistake this as a request for my ban to be reviewed, "I want" The name
Emanet Kaos, "completely removed" from this damaging website...when people who do art for
a living are treat in such a unprofessional and potentionally damaging Manner, with
un-nessecary heavy handed treatment and unfounded insinuations ov theft ov any type means
that to be a member here is becomming a professional liabilty, then you know that the
place is so fuckin currupt it can and does attempt to pro-actively to destroy anyones
personal character, for nothing but childish spitefull dislike, its time to get the fuck
out.

Please Note ~ im going to do my honest level best, to make sure everybody who knows the
name Emanet kaos, knows exactly how ive been treat here. Deviant art is going to lose
members through this, and therefore obvisually money. and that aint good buiness, no
matter how you look at it. I hope this poor personal amature approach to business is the
start ov a slippy slope downward for Deviant Art. I am very well known, and respected,
unfortunatly for some. My reputation is something ive worked hard to achive. and to put it
simply, i will not " just " accept being called a theif publically

Ban me sure... Call me a theif ....in public, whilst denying me the fair oppertunity to
defend myself is despicable behavior. and Unfortunalty unforgiveable.

Im very sorry it has come to this sad conclusion. but may i say this. You have only
succeed in denying me contact with my friends here.

i Shall start the infomation sharing ov this very open/frank and honest letter to as many
people on this site. I think its only fair...i get the real version ov events out into the
public domain. Dont you ?...Dont answer that, i already know the answer. and please dont
forget my original request remove my identity from this site

PS: I understand there will be those who choose not to take notice ov this, they are
irrelivent, its the ones who beleive me, That mean the most to me, because they are the
ones with scope and inteligence to understand how i feel, at this unjust nasty treatment.
